One of the biggest benefits of being a HubSpot customer is that you have access to a wealth of learning and training resources. While education and learning really never end, there are a few key things to check out right away.

HubSpot Academy

If you want to just jump in and learn on your own, http://academy.hubspot.com is the spot for you. The site features specific User Guides and Quick Answers that can be easily accessed through a search box. If you have a question, it will have an answer.

Certifications

If you’d prefer to go through a more structured learning experience, you can use the HubSpot certification program. It prepares you to build and execute an inbound marketing program by offering video modules and specific action items that teach you exactly what to do. Upon completing the trainings, you can then take the certification tests to ensure you know your stuff. Learn more by going to the Certifications section in your HubSpot account.

Once you have checked out some of the self-guided training options, you have the opportunity to take it a little further with some paid and/or in-person learning experiences, including:

INBOUND Conference

INBOUND is one of the largest marketing conferences in the country. Put on by HubSpot, it features inspiring keynotes, innovative talks, educational breakouts, hands-on lessons and tons of networking. While at the conference for the first time back in 2012, I remember feeling that aha moment where this idea of inbound marketing and HubSpot made sense to me. It’s a great place to go and get ideas and be inspired by the work others are doing in the industry.

HubSpot User Groups (HUG)

A HUG is a community of local inbound marketing professionals and business owners. It’s a way for you to connect with people in your area and learn from them. Some HUG members have been using HubSpot for years, some run marketing agencies, and some are just starting to learn about inbound. Whatever the case, it’s a great way to meet fellow HubSpot customers and learn new things. Find your local HUG here: https://www.hubspot.com/hubspot-user-groups.

HubSpot Partner Agencies

There are hundreds of HubSpot Partner Agencies across the country that are well-equipped to help you learn and onboard a new inbound marketing program. Partners are able to help you get your HubSpot account set up, your strategy planned and your content campaigns executed. Depending on your resources—time, money and people—using a certified partner could help you see a quick return on your investment.

If we’ve learned one thing in our time in working with HubSpot, it’s that learning is never-ending. Continuing to educate yourself about the industry and the tool itself will help you stay ahead of the curve and continue to show results.
