With a decade of experience getting complex marketing projects to the finish line, Layne’s specialty can be summed up in just three words: planning, problem-solving and predicting.
Her experience with in-house teams has made her a project management pro at bringing big new ideas to life. Throughout her career, Layne has led a variety of marketing initiatives, including product development and launch, sales enablement, web development, employer brand and more. Her strategic brain has even built and led not one, but two project management operations and teams from the ground up. We’re thrilled to have Layne join the Ervin & Smith team!
