Ervin & Smith has announced that Ashley Bails, Katie Herzog and Brittany Wozny have been promoted to the executive leadership team. The news comes after Ervin & Smith’s recent announcement naming Leanne Prewitt as the agency’s new president and chief creative officer.
As chief marketing officer, Ashley Bails will be responsible for helping lead the agency and for overseeing the success of clients’ marketing and media performance. She will continue to lead strategies for the agency’s clients, as well as drive growth and innovation for the department.
With 15 years of industry experience, Bails has spent the last eight years at Ervin & Smith, building the agency’s digital marketing, analytics and media offerings. With deep experience in content marketing, SEO, website strategy, analytics and digital advertising, she’s been able to help clients reach record-setting milestones through her performance-based approach.
In her new role as chief client officer, Katie Herzog will oversee client service and strategy across the agency while also assuming responsibility for overall revenue growth. Her primary focus will be building relationships with current clients as well as leading business development activities.
Herzog brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing strategy and account management. She specializes in consultation around key business challenges as well as building and implementing strategic and effective initiatives for her clients. With a broad background in both financial services and B2B marketing, Herzog excels at providing smart solutions that yield the best possible results for clients.
As executive director of finance and human resources, Brittany Wozny will be responsible for the oversight of the agency’s financial statements and financial planning as well as leading the agency’s human resources initiatives such as recruitment, hiring and employee relations.
An experienced financial and human resources professional, Wozny is driven by a desire for efficiency and down-to-earth policymaking and takes pride in process improvements and removing barriers to success for all employees.
