After more than four years as our senior copywriter, Hannah Husman has been promoted to associate creative director. Hannah started her career at E&S over nine years ago as a copy intern.
While she has always had thoughtful insights on design, brand messaging and campaign objectives, she now gets to formally put these skills to work each day. As an ACD, Hannah enjoys working closely with teams across the agency to deliver creative that’s effective and inspired.
Chris Gallaher joined the team in August 2021 as director of client strategy. With over 20 years of marketing experience, Chris believes all great work begins with great strategy. He has previously worked in many industries and is well versed in digital, IP targeting, event promotion, social, SEM and more.
In his role at E&S, Chris works collaboratively with clients, stakeholders and internal E&S teams to develop actionable and integrated campaigns that drive sales and engagement.
We welcomed Colton Howard as a graphic designer in October 2021. Bringing with him a wealth of video experience, Colton has already helped E&S expand our in-house motion graphic and animation capabilities.
Whether he’s working on a traditional design project, web development or assisting with an event live stream, Colton is passionate about using thoughtful design to create order in a chaotic world.
Kelly Heavican has been bringing an ROI-driven perspective as our media lead since November 2021. Helping clients understand the impact of their marketing investments is one of Kelly’s favorite parts of working at E&S.
After more than 15 years in digital marketing and paid search, Kelly has experience with B2B and B2C companies. She holds certifications for YouTube and Google Search, Display and Analytics 360.
In January 2022, Rennée Trinidad joined the team as a digital media buyer. Her past experience includes executing full funnel campaigns in industries like healthcare, higher education and e-commerce.
Whether it’s via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, connected TV, display or streaming audio, she is passionate about finding the right channel mix for each unique client goal. She is certified in Facebook Media Buying, Google Display and Google Video.
Anna Esch has been flexing her PR prowess at E&S since March 2022. As a PR strategist, she works collaboratively with the creative and media teams to help our clients (and internal brand) make the news and see results.
As someone who is inspired by finding new ways to elevate brands, she is always looking for what’s next in social and digital. Her previous experience spans many channels and includes employer branding, community relations and corporate communication.
Since March 2022, Megan Heimes has been problem solving and planning on client teams as a senior project lead. She is passionate about building strong relationships, adding value on every project and understanding the unique customer base of each E&S client she works on.
Megan brings agility and creativity from her background in financial services, renewable energy, e-commerce and start-up endeavors. She also has experience in lead generation, corporate communication, customer service and brand awareness.
