Rebuilding a category leader for what’s next.

The ask.

Over the last two decades, ManageAmerica had evolved from four separate software solutions for the manufactured housing industry (MH) to a single platform. This evolution created internal fragmentation. The marketing team struggled to deliver a clear value story, making it difficult to convey the sophistication and focus that set ManageAmerica apart.

To address these issues, ManageAmerica needed a strategic partner to that could fundamentally redefine their brand positioning and bring the organization into alignment. We identified a few key priorities that would help us accomplish this:

  • A clear value proposition and positioning that reflected who they truly were to anchor all communications
  • Consistent messaging to support sales and demonstrate ROI
  • A refreshed brand, internally and externally, culminating in a full website rebuild

The truth.

Through early collaboration, it became clear that leadership, product, marketing and sales were not communicating enough: The sales team didn’t have a reliable method for delivering customer feedback. The product team was unable to educate sales on product features or enhancements. And the marketing team was trying to create messaging that clearly connected all these elements. Before a new website or fresh content could be developed, the organization needed shared clarity and consensus.

The solution.

We knew that alignment was critical to building a brand that felt authentic, ambitious and actionable across every touchpoint. At the same time, our competitive review revealed that the market was filled with broad, generic property management software (PMS) platforms with minimal MH support and disjointed workflows. No competitor was able to address the complexities of site and home management, handle compliance effectively or match ManageAmerica’s depth of industry expertise.

These insights led us to a single source of truth: ManageAmerica is the only PMS purpose-built for manufactured housing. This positioning became the foundation for everything that followed.

Through industry research and a series of workshops with their team, we established alignment around messaging and refined their brand personality. This consensus allowed us to create a new set of assets that would ensure clarity, confidence and cohesion across every audience:

  • Brand platform with positioning and value proposition
  • A complete redesign of the entire website, with a new, audience-first structure and benefit-driven content
  • Holistic messaging strategy
  • A new sales pitch deck with aligned messaging
  • A modern, tech-forward logo and visual identity
  • An integrated design system including a new color palette, custom iconography, brand patterns, cohesive photo treatments and flexible UI illustrations

The impact.

With the launch of ManageAmerica’s new website in October 2025, early search visibility metrics showed a significant jump — rising from 1.26% to 10.85% in the first month thanks to an intentional SEO/GEO content strategy.

Updated sales messaging that is both clearer and more aligned to the market’s needs helped the team secure two new partnerships with large industry players in the first three months after implementation.

More importantly, ManageAmerica has stepped into its new identity: a modern, specialized technology leader built for the complexities of manufactured housing. What began as four disconnected solutions is now a cohesive platform with a confident brand, unified messaging and a digital experience that reflects true industry leadership.
