We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into strategic insights and clear direction. This role sits at the intersection of media, strategy and performance, helping our clients understand not just what’s happening, but what to do next. You’ll partner closely with strategy, creative and client success teams to build measurement frameworks, uncover insights and shape smarter campaigns across channels.
This isn’t a reporting role—it’s a thinking role. Minimum experience and requirements.
- Requires 4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of paid media performance and digital measurement
- Experienced in analyzing media and marketing data across channels including paid search, paid social, display, video and programmatic
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge of analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with ad platforms and data sources such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and various DSPs or programmatic tools
- Proficient in data storytelling—able to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external audiences
- Experience with SQL or other query languages is a plus
- Understands tagging and tracking implementation best practices and can collaborate with developers and media teams to ensure data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, resourceful, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve measurement frameworks and campaign performance
- Possesses working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Keynote
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintains a high attention to detail as well as strong organizational and time management skills
- Performs duties and tasks independently with little supervision, while also understanding when to collaborate and seek guidance
- Is flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses curiosity and confidence to solve complex problems
Principle accountabilities & job functions.
Media analytics strategy
- Partner with media and client success teams to develop and execute holistic measurement frameworks for client campaigns
- Lead development of tagging and tracking strategies to ensure accurate data collection and performance attribution
- Define and document KPIs, measurement methodologies and testing plans that align with client goals and media strategy
- Maintain a working knowledge of the latest ad tech and analytics tools to ensure continuous improvement in reporting and insights
Performance forecasting and analysis
- Develop models to aid in forecasting performance and estimating outcome of potential changes to media strategies or approaches
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to assess media effectiveness, user engagement, and conversion performance
- Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support A/B testing and, audience segmentation efforts to inform strategic decisions
- Identify data gaps and implement processes to ensure accurate and comprehensive measurement
Reporting and storytelling
- Build dashboards and recurring reports that track campaign and channel performance in a visually clear, strategic manner
- Present results and insights to internal teams and clients, highlighting business implications and opportunities
- Support quarterly and annual planning by providing data-driven recommendations and trend analyses
- Ensure media and analytics outputs consistently connect back to broader client objectives and brand goals
