Run on EOS? Your marketing agency should, too.

By Leanne Prewitt – President & CEO

We love EOS® (aka the Entrepreneurial Operating System®). It might sound odd to say we love a business management system, but it’s true.

Our team began implementing EOS three years ago when my partners and I took over Ervin & Smith. It was a time of major change, and we wanted a road map to solidify our vision and plan moving forward.

While the transition was rooted in a desire to consciously shape our company’s future, we quickly discovered an unexpected bonus: Our marketing services became even more compatible with companies that also run on EOS.

In other words, we can help these clients accomplish more, faster

How is that possible? Let’s dig in.

Go deeper on day 1.

One of the biggest benefits of EOS is that it helps companies get clear on what they want and when. Often, our partnership with new clients starts with a discovery where we ask big questions that many companies have never considered.

If you run on EOS, your company has a head start. You already have a lot of answers. With those answers solidified, we can ask smarter, more tailored questions that get to the core of what you really want and need. We can reach real, authentic alignment that cuts through the fluff and puts us on the same page faster. From this place of clarity, we review your V/TO® and get to work on relevant solutions that support your 1-Year Plan and overarching vision.

Shared language

“What are your 3 Uniques™?” “How are your Quarterly Rocks going?” “Have there been any changes to your 3-Year Picture™?” It might sound like jargon to other people, but it’s our shared jargon.

We know what you’re trying to say without having to explain. We know the impact and importance that certain terms have on your business objectives. This shared language helps us work more efficiently, simplifies collaboration and reduces the likelihood of miscommunications.

Clarity on accountability and roles.

EOS is all about accountability. And so are we. One of our core values is even “Own your sh*t.” Because we understand your accountability chart (and our own), expectations and roles are clear from the start — saving time and headaches.

We have the right people in the right seats and trust that you do, too. With everything clear, you’ll always know who to ask for what you need, and vice versa. If we make a mistake, we’ll own it. And we know you will, too. That way we can more quickly make things right (without any extra back and forth) and keep working toward your goals.

Support for your 90-Day World®.

Balancing short-term rocks with your long-term goals is difficult. The push and pull of priorities is a challenge we know firsthand. Luckily, we can keep each other accountable. Because we follow the same meeting cadence and have the same benchmarks, we can help you identify problems that are getting in the way of your 90-Day World.

Measurable results. Faster.

It’s not just the getting to know each other at the beginning that goes faster. In many cases, we can also help you see results more quickly. And it’s all because of a shared commitment to short-term and long-term alignment.

We know your 1-year goals and 3-Year Picture, as well as your larger vision, so we’re always working with this complete framework in mind. As we build out plans for next quarter, we’re also considering the next decade. With a defined portrait of where you are versus where you want to be, we can effectively identify and embrace roadblocks and opportunities in real time.

The world is uncertain. Your business partnerships shouldn’t be. If you’re running on EOS and want to work with a partner who just gets it, we’d love to collaborate. Reach out today to learn more about how we can help you tackle rocks and make your 10-Year Target™ a reality.
