Ervin & Smith is proud to announce the promotion of Megan Jenkins to the position of director of client success. With her extensive experience and proven success in account management, Megan is the ideal person to lead our client success team and help us achieve our vision.
Whether it’s coaching and developing her team members or creating a problem-solving approach to achieve a client’s goal, Megan is heavily invested in the success of those around her. In her new role, Megan will take on the responsibility of leading our team of project managers as a key member of our agency’s leadership team.
