We also collaborated with biBERK’s actuarial team to identify which users were converting, and from where, so we could evaluate the real ROI of their marketing spend. Regular monitoring and optimization is key to any direct response effort. The real-time internal dashboards we developed helped us with monthly trend assessments, long-term goal-setting and detailed action plans.
With all the pieces of our strategy in place, we saw an immediate jump in lead growth. In the years since, we’ve turned our focus to increasing lead quantity and quality. We and our partners at Google have continued to support biBERK’s campaigns with new approaches, including target CPA, keyword parity, RSAs and value-based bidding strategies.
