As a start-up that relies heavily on digital media to succeed, PetFriendly needed efficient new ways to scale their e-commerce business. We conducted our own audience research to identify key opportunities for growth. Then, we planned a multi-channel strategy using paid search, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest to reach millennial women who love and pamper their pets.
